JTC Corporation has awarded to
EL Development Pte Ltd
an industrial site at Jalan Tepong when
the company
emerged as the highest tenderer for the 2.08 Ha site. The company has
incorporated
a wholly
owned subsidiary
EL Development (Jurong) Pte Ltd
to develop the site.

was awarded a 1.6 Ha condominium site at Woodlands Ave 2/Rosewood
Drive by the
Singapore Land Authority. The holding company incorporated a wholly owned
subsidiary
EL
Development (Rosewood) Pte Ltd
to develop the site.
