EL Development Pte Ltd first started as a small business unit within one of Singapore’s leading builders, Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd. In late 2006, the company achieved success in its first high end residential project, Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth, with the project selling out in merely 6 weeks. In early 2007, the company launched its first industrial development, Nordix, a multi-user strata titled terrace factories in Woodlands, and also achieved excellent results with the project sold out within a period of 2 months.
As the unit grew in stature, the management decided that there is a need to create a recognizable branding to focus on the property segment. Hence, the business unit, EL Development Pte Ltd was officially incepted as a separate company in June 2007.

OVERVIEW
In late 2007, EL Development acquired its first government land sale site, leading to the development of Rosewood Suites—a condominium characterized by EL Development’s signature standards of quality and design. Subsequent projects, namely Steven Suites and SkySuites 17, further solidified the company’s reputation for delivering exceptional developments.
In January 2013, EL Development unveiled La Fiesta, a remarkable condominium boasting 810 units conveniently located next to Sengkang MRT.
February 2015 witnessed the launch of Symphony Suites, a development comprising 660 condominium units featuring four unique seasons of landscape in Yishun Close.
In the same year, the company successfully tendered the West Coast Vale site and is presently constructing the 36-storey high Parc Riviera, employing the latest construction method—Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC). The development seamlessly blends with the adjacent park connector, harmonizing urban living with the tranquility of nature along the scenic Sungei Pandan park connector.

Looking ahead, EL Development is venturing into new territories, including the hotel business. The collaboration with Accor for its inaugural Pullman Hotel in Hill Street, Singapore, stands as an investment asset for the company.
In 2018, EL Development secured the en bloc site, Dunearn Gardens, for $468 million, with plans to redevelop it into a luxury high-rise residential development. The company’s trajectory reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering excellence in every venture.
